National Dog Show in Częstochowa took place 16 September 2011. Varna Szare Stado participated in junior class and was awarded the title the Winner of the Junior Class. Varna’s description: ‘Very elegant bitch, perfect head, beautiful eye, very good neck, correct upper line, very good lower line, arm nicely marked, beautifully filled forechest, well angulated rear, beautiful movement, easily seen calluses spoil the dog’s beauty’. Currently we fight with calluses which are a common ailment of adolescent Irish Wolfhounds and we are hoping to get rid of them pretty soon. The calluses stopped to grow and became soft which gave us hope for their disappearance in the nearest future.
